"Love in Paris" February Kit & New Beginnings Crop at Tallyscrapper!!

I don't even know where to begin with this gorgeous "Love in Paris" kit from Tallyscrapper, because

I'm seriously in love with it...its just breath-takingly gorgeous! 

Its got some Webster's Pages, My Mind's Eye Papers, WP bloomers(grey), Pink Paislee Tickets, crystals, some Jenni Bowlin Journaling sheets, 7Gypsies Kraft tags and some beautiful Stickles.  This is a must-have kit.

I have some EXCITING news to share...I just found out on Friday that I am one of the 40 Finalists for the DT call over at Scrapbook Nook.  I am beyond excited and can't wait to see who the amazing DT will be.  I am just so excited to be part of this list with such super talented ladies!!!

The NEW face of Tallyscrapper, Snow Pics and some Layouts!!!!

OMG, I have been holding this news in, its seems like its been forever...but Tallyscrapper is under NEW Management.  My dear friend Cristal aka Pinky is taking over the reins and has some fabulous ideas and some gorgeous kits in store for all of us at Tally.  I can't wait to see ALL of the exciting things she has planned for us.  I'm excited to be staying on as the Creative Assistant along with Nikki Zimmer.  We have a Gorgeous "Love in Paris" Kit that will be released on February 1st.  Make sure to mark your calendars, this kit will NOT be around for long.  Not only do we have this fabulous Kit on February 1st being released, but we will also be having a Grand Re-Openning Crop, with lots of prizes, Challenges, Chats and a DT call.  Come on over to Tallyscrapper and see all the fantastic things that are happening!!!

actually posting twice in one week...I'm
going to try my best to update more on my blog

Smooch Spritz from a friends blog, so I used it to spray the background paper from the kit

Changes for 2011

OMG, Happy New Year....
I still can't believe
that it is
2011
already!!!
I swear time is just
flying by.
So of course I've made
the usual New Years
Resolutions...
*Eat Healthier
*Exercise More
BUT
I'm making a few different
ones this year....

**I'm going to do a 5k with my bff, Pam(my first, so we'll see how it goes)

**Keep up with my laundry and house more

**Going to find me a part-time job

I don't know if those are really the proper-type of resolutions to make...but i don't care...this is about me and what I need to do for me!!!!

2011 is going to be a great year and alot of BIG changes for our family. Bill found out in December that he will be retiring on June 1st from the Marine Corps. Honestly, this scares the crap out of me, but I know that he is ready to move on with the next chapter of his life. Which is why ONE of my resolutions is to find a pt job...lol!! We are hoping that he can find a job here in Jacksonville, NC, since we already have a house, plus Danielle will be starting High School next year...Yikes!! So ALOT of changes ahead for us this year!! Please pray for our family!!

So the next big change for me so far this year is......

Yep, I went dark!! OMG, I was competely in shock when I first saw my hair, wasn't sure if I would like it, since I have ALWAYS been blonde, but its growing on me. Thanks for all the nice comments on facebook!!!

So I do believe that covers MY big changes so far this year and some of my resolutions that I want to accomplish this year!!


On another note...I've been struggling with scrapbooking lately, not the process, but just some personal issues that I was having(not going to get into it all, those who scrap with me at Tally, know what I'm talking about)but I do believe that is changing for the better.

Here are a couple of layouts that I have completed in the last week or so....

**Diva** I used the Nov/Dec. kit from Tallyscrapper for this layout. I just love this photo of my daughter...shows her personality perfectly!!




**Thankful** I used the December kit from Little Red Scrapbook Club for this layout.
