That one thing in life that grounds you and gives you complete serenity.
Your safe haven, your inner peace, your world completed.
Give homage to that special place.

We are looking for our next FITgirl team. Your term will be from August 2010 to January 2011. You are required to complete 2 Workouts per month. Workouts are posted on the 1st and 15th of the month. You are required to post WO's on your blog on those days.
