I am so EXCITED Today...WHY, you ask...because, today is REVEAL day over at Dirty Scraps...Challenge #2 was my first challenge as part of the Design Team and what a GREAT first challenge, to scrap a pivotal moment in your life!! Now, it doesn't have to be some sad or tragic moment, but something Good that happened to you and that is what I scrapped about....my journey with anti-depressants...

2010 is starting off to be a GREAT year!!!!!

I'm SO EXCITED to announce that I am a Design Team Member for a GREAT NEW Challenge Blog called "Dirty Scraps"...I'm so honored that Pinky asked me to be part of her NEW challenge BLOG...its going to be so much fun...this is definitely going to make me dig deep and get some of my feelings on paper and scrap outside of my comfort Zone...so EXCITED for this new adventure!!!!
So not ONE New Design Team, but TWO...I'm also designing for ScrapFit too...What better way to start off the NEW YEAR!!!

New Adventures, BIG WINS & Tallyscrappers January KIT.....

WOW, what a GREAT week I have had...But today on ScrapFIT I was announced as ONE of their NEW designers!!!WOOHOO!!! This is such a FUN and friendly Challenge Blog and I look forward to being part of it!!!(I have another little secret, but I can't quite tell ya yet, heehee)

This weekend, I got to actually ENJOY some scrapping...I feel like, for the first time in a year or so, I'm enjoying this AWESOME hobby of mine...Plus, I got my January KIT from Tallyscrapper yesterday...OMG, this kit ROCKS!! Here is the layout I did of Danielle using the kit(more projects to come tomorrow)...These were all layouts for ScrapFit's Winter Wonderland Cyber Crop that they had this weekend...So much fun!!

**I've finally MOVED On**

So what else has been going on...Well, Danielle had her first Basketball Game on Thursday against Trexler Middle School and man, did they kick some major BUTT {29-15}..She played just about the entire game and they ALL did frickin' AWESOME...so proud of her and the LadyBears!!! Check my girl out....

When one door Closes, another door OPENS......

This is going to be my MOTTO for 2010...to me, everything HAPPENS for a reason, it can be something small or something huge, but for me this year...I'm NOT going to Sweat/Stress on the little things, going to concentrate on being HaPPY and enjoying life with all of my family and friends.
So with that said...I was recently stressed about getting some things done for a deadline and everything around me wasn't going the way I wanted it to(because that is how life rolls sometimes, right?!!)and just sat down, sent an email and let it GO. I was fine with it, no big deal...a couple of friends ask me "WHY", didn't really have a good reason, except it felt right...WELL, then TODAY...another door open, I didn't expect it...just happened....I'm HaPPY and that is what matters, right!!!!

So, I've been scrapping again and HAVING so much fun...Here are a couple of my layouts that I've done the last couple of days...

WOW, Can you believe that 2010 is finally here...This year is going to be a great one for me...
I'm so grateful for so many things in my life and don't NEED to worry about things that I have NO control over!!!

I was able to finally sit down and scrapbook abit today and got this layout done for the ScrapFIT Challenge Blog and for Michelle's Friday Night Sketch over at Tallyscrapper...felt so good to actually get creative!!!


The challenge over at ScrapFIT was to use the Phrase, "It's a Wonderful Life..." and to do some Stitching on your layout!!
