I have been so BAD about updating!!!!

Well, its been a month since my last post and ALOT has been going on.

The kids finally went back to school last Tuesday, Danielle into 7th grade and Kaleb into 3rd. I can't even believe the amount of homework the kids have been bringing home this week....Crazy!!! But so far, they both seem to like their teachers.
One of our best friends, Frank came home from Iraq for some R&R for 2 weeks in August!! We had so much fun with them while he was here....Erin could not wait for her daddy to get home, it was such an emotional and happy time for ALL of us!!!! Unforunately, Frank has now returned to Iraq to finish his deployment...Come home safe, we LOVE you Frank.
We went to the bar a couple of times, went to Tucker Lake, which is SO MUCH FUN....

This place is just the coolest, its a man-made lake with lots of swings, slides and just good ol' fun...the kids (hubby's included) had the best time. Plus, their is life-guards on duty...Awesome!!

Danielle and Erin getting ready to go out on the Banana, heehee...their first time, it was hilarious...because the first time they fell off...neither of them could get back on at first...I was afraid they would have to swim to shore, but they managed to get back on.

Kaleb finally went off the swing with some convincing and then he loved it!!
Bill finally managed to do a flip off the swing...Our BIG BOYS!!

Lets see, what else has been going on....Here are my September Kit #1 Reveals using the FANTASTIC Treasured Scrapbooking kit...

My Challenge over at Treasured Scrapbooking is to create an Monochromatic Layout with ONE color....here is my layout for that challenge:
More Reveals for this Kit on Sept. 15th and some NEWS that I can not share quite yet :)
Thanks for stopping by,
